Pricing
Four tiers, based on units not spend
Tier is calculated on total units across the order, so a mixed order counts as one number. Prices are held for 30 days from quotation.

All trade prices exclude VAT. Clearance and final-sale lines are not available at trade pricing because they are already below cost.

Trading Standards will ask you for paperwork at some point. We supply the TRPR notification reference and lab report for every line we sell you, and keep a copy on your account so you are not the one hunting for it two years later.

Before you ask
Twelve units of any mix. There is no ongoing commitment and no minimum monthly spend — order once and never again if it does not work out for you.
Not a licence as such, but we will need your company number or sole-trader details, a VAT number if you have one, and confirmation that you operate a Challenge 25 policy. We check that the trading address is a real retail premises.
Yes. Tier is based on total unit count across the order, so a mixed pallet of liquid, coils and disposables counts as one number.
For Tier 4 accounts, yes — we can arrange own-label e-liquid from 2,000 units per flavour, including TRPR notification and lab reporting in your name. It takes about fourteen weeks from brief to first delivery.
Free on orders over £400, otherwise £9.50 on a pallet or £5.95 on a parcel. Next working day if ordered before 14:00. Loose cells go by road only, which can add a day outside the mainland.
Faulty hardware is credited on notification with a photograph — we do not make you ship it back and wait. Unopened stock can be returned within 60 days at 85% credit. Short-dated liquid is discounted rather than returned.

Set-up takes two to three working days once we have your company details and confirmation of your Challenge 25 policy. There is no application fee and no ongoing commitment.
