Where is my parcel?

Order number and email address, and we will tell you exactly which stage it is at — no waiting on a reply.

What each stage means

Six stages, and we show you all of them rather than the vague three most couriers offer.

  1. 01

    Received

    Payment authorised and the age check has passed. Nothing has moved yet.

  2. 02

    Picked

    Your items are off the shelf and in a tote. This usually happens within the hour.

  3. 03

    Packed

    Boxed, sealed and labelled with the age-verified delivery flag.

  4. 04

    With courier

    Scanned into the courier network. This is when your tracking email goes out.

  5. 05

    Out for delivery

    On a van. Someone 18 or over needs to be there to sign.

  6. 06

    Delivered

    Signed for. Your reward points post to your account at this point.

Tracking stuck for three working days? Do not wait it out. Message us with your order number and we will open a claim and dispatch a replacement immediately, rather than making you absorb the fortnight a courier investigation usually takes. Contact us.
