About us
We sell nicotine, so we take it seriously.
VapePuffs is an independent retailer based in Manchester. A lot of our customers come to us trying to stop smoking, which sets a fairly high bar for getting the advice right.
What we are
An independent shop, not a marketplace listing.
We stock devices, disposables, e-liquids, coils and the accessories that go with them, and we ship them from our own unit in Manchester rather than drop-shipping from somewhere we have never seen.
Nicotine is an addictive substance and it is age-restricted for good reason, so we treat the advice side of this seriously. If you tell us what you smoke and how you want it to feel, we will point you at a strength and a device rather than at whatever carries the best margin.
Where a manufacturer makes a claim — a puff count, a battery life — we pass it on as theirs rather than dressing it up as ours. Coils, pods and cells are bought direct or through authorised distributors, because counterfeit hardware is a real problem in this category.
How we work
Four things we hold to
We would rather lose a sale than sell you the wrong thing
If a cheaper device suits you better, we will say so. Getting someone onto the wrong strength or the wrong draw is the fastest way to have them give up on vaping entirely.
We say what we know and what we do not
Puff counts are manufacturer figures and we label them as such. Where we have tested something ourselves we say so. Where we have not, we do not pretend otherwise.
Authorised distribution only
Coils, pods and cells come direct from the brand or through an authorised distributor. Counterfeit mesh burns dry, and counterfeit cells are genuinely dangerous.
The customer is often mid-quit
A large share of the people we serve are trying to stop smoking. That raises the stakes on getting the advice right, and it rules out a few easy revenue tricks.
