01Delivery options

All orders ship from our own unit in Manchester. We do not drop-ship and we do not use third-party fulfilment, which is why we can be specific about timings.

02When your order leaves us

Orders placed before 15:00 Monday to Friday are picked, packed and handed to the courier the same afternoon. Anything after that, or over a weekend or bank holiday, goes out on the next working day.

You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number at the point the courier scans the label into their network — not when we generate it. Some retailers send the email at label creation, which makes their dispatch figures look better and tells you nothing useful.

03Age-verified signature

Every parcel containing nicotine requires a signature from someone aged 18 or over at the delivery address. The courier will not leave it in a safe place, in a porch, or with a neighbour, and we cannot override this on your behalf. It is a legal requirement rather than a delivery preference.

If nobody is in, the courier will attempt delivery again the next working day and then hold the parcel at a local depot or access point for seven days. After that it comes back to us and we will refund the goods, though not the original postage.

04Where we deliver

We ship to all UK addresses including the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Remote postcodes may add one working day and are excluded from the next-day service, which the checkout will tell you before you pay.

We ship to BFPO addresses. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, because the signature requirement means a specific named person has to accept the parcel.

We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom. Nicotine products face materially different rules in every destination and we would rather not guess at them on your behalf.

05Lithium cells and air freight

Loose 18650 and 21700 cells are classed as dangerous goods and travel by road only. This does not change the cost, but it does mean orders containing loose cells are excluded from Saturday delivery and may take one extra day to Northern Ireland and the Islands.

Cells always ship in a protective case. Never carry a bare cell loose in a pocket or bag with keys or coins.

06If something goes wrong

If tracking has not updated for three working days, email us with your order number. We will open a claim with the courier and dispatch a replacement immediately rather than making you wait for their investigation to conclude — that typically takes a fortnight and there is no reason for you to be the one absorbing it.

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening where you can, and tell us within 48 hours. We will replace it.
