01Who can buy

You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom to purchase from this site. This applies to every product we sell, including zero-nicotine liquids and accessories that contain no nicotine at all. We will not make exceptions with parental consent.

Placing an order confirms that you are buying for yourself and not for resale unless you hold a wholesale account with us. It is a criminal offence to buy nicotine products on behalf of someone under 18.

02When the contract forms

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when you pay. If we cannot fulfil an order — an age check fails, stock is wrong, or pricing was displayed incorrectly — we will cancel and refund in full without further liability.

03Prices and payment

All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate and exclude delivery, which is shown at checkout before payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Wholesale accounts may pay by bank transfer on agreed terms.

We do not accept PayPal. Their acceptable use policy prohibits nicotine products, and accounts using it get frozen mid-order, which helps nobody.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you rather than honour it. We will always tell you promptly rather than quietly shipping something else.

04Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, and where our own testing disagrees with a manufacturer's claim we publish ours. Puff counts are measured at a three-second draw on three units and rounded down; real-world results vary with draw length and technique.

Colours shown on screen are indicative. Flavour descriptions are subjective by nature — see the returns policy for how we handle a flavour that does not match its description.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our products are consumer nicotine products, not licensed smoking-cessation medicines.

05Safe use

• Nicotine is an addictive substance and is toxic in concentrated form. Keep all products out of reach of children and animals.
• Not suitable for non-smokers, people under 18, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Use only batteries and chargers rated for your device. Never carry loose cells in a pocket with metal objects.
• Stop using a product and contact us if it becomes hot, swells, or produces a burning taste that a new coil does not fix.

06Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses arising from use of a product contrary to its instructions or to the safety guidance above.

07Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
