In person
Worth the trip if you are undecided
Everything on this list is free and none of it requires you to buy anything.
The flavour bar
Liquids on tap with disposable tips. Working out which of three fruits you actually like takes minutes in person and weeks by post.
Working demo units
Every device we sell, charged and filled, so you can feel the difference between a tight MTL draw and an airy one before committing.
Free diagnostics
Bring a device that is leaking, spitting or tasting burnt. Most of the time it is a quick fix at the counter, at no charge.
Battery recycling
Drop off dead cells and old devices, ours or anyone else's. Lithium cells should never go in a household bin.
Cannot get to us?
The finder covers most of what our floor staff would ask you, and our advisors will happily do the same conversation over the phone. If you cannot use the website to order, call us and we will take it over the phone at the online price with free delivery.
