Great, with one caveat
No complaints about build quality or performance. Docking a star because the airflow ring loosens over a few weeks and you have to nip it back up. Not a dealbreaker, just worth knowing.
Saltworks
Caramelised biscuit, espresso and steamed milk.
Contains nicotine unless stated otherwise. Nicotine is an addictive substance. Not for sale to anyone under 18. Read our age policy.
A dessert salt that works as an all-day flavour, which is rare. The espresso keeps it from getting cloying and the biscuit note is spiced rather than simply sweet. Coil life is shorter than our fruits — expect ten days on a 1.0Ω mesh.
Fast-absorbing salts for pods and MTL kits — satisfying at 10mg and 20mg.

I have been burned before by shops describing a flavour as one thing and it arriving as something else entirely. This tasted like the description. Shipped same day, arrived in two.

Ordered the wrong resistance, emailed on a Sunday expecting nothing, had a reply first thing Monday and the right one in the post that afternoon at no charge. That is why I keep coming back.

Does what it says. I would have liked a slightly warmer draw and the included cable is short. Everything else is fine and support answered my question in under an hour on a Saturday.

One for home, one for the car, one for the bag. Says everything really. Packaging is minimal and recyclable which I appreciate.

The four that come up most often on products in this category. There are another thirty in the full FAQ.
Full FAQNine times out of ten it is priming. Put five drops of liquid directly onto each exposed wicking port, fill the tank, then leave it standing for five full minutes before the first draw. Start twenty per cent below the coil's rated wattage for the first tank. Sweetened dessert liquids will still gum a coil in half the time of a fruit — that is sucralose caramelising and there is no way around it except changing flavour.
As a rough guide: a pack a day or more, start at 20mg salt in a pod. Ten to twenty a day, 10mg salt. Under ten, or you are moving from another vape, 3mg to 6mg freebase in a sub-ohm device. Too low and you will chain-vape trying to get satisfied, which is the single most common mistake we see.
Nicotine salt is the same nicotine buffered with benzoic acid, which lowers the pH and makes high strengths far smoother. That is why 20mg salt in a pod is comfortable and 20mg freebase in the same device would be unpleasant. Salts absorb faster too, so they satisfy more like a cigarette. Freebase suits low strengths in high-power devices.
Usually not. Leaks are typically an over-tightened coil crushing a seal, liquid that is too thin for the coil's wicking ports, or a tank that has been carried in a warm pocket which thins the liquid and expands the air inside. Try a fresh coil, hand-tight only, and a higher VG liquid. If it still leaks, it is faulty and we will replace it.
